Emergency Services
The Emergency Department at Jewish Hospital Medical Center East (JHMCE) provides emergency medical services to patients 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Care is provided exclusively by physicians specially trained in Emergency Medicine. All of the physicians in the Emergency Department at JHMCE are either Board-certified or Board-eligible. As with all aspects of Jewish Hospital Medical Center East, the Emergency Department has been designed to ensure the utmost in patient privacy and comfort. The Emergency Department will also provide services for Jewish Hospital's EmployCare occupational medicine/injury treatment program. A special focus is placed on 'after-hours' occupational medicine that includes injury treatment, drug screens and other services that have been requested by area-wide employees.
