Driving East or West on I-64 or driving South on I-71: Exit I-65 South and follow directions below.

Driving South on I-65: Take Exit #136C, Jefferson Street (veer right at fork). From Jefferson Street, turn left onto First Street. Turn left on Chestnut, then left on Brook Street. Turn right immediately after Abraham Flexner Way behind the Rudd Heart and Lung Center. Follow the signs to the Visitor’s Parking Garage.

Driving North on I-65: Take Exit #136C, Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Turn right on Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Turn left into Jewish Hospital Campus. Proceed to the Visitor’s Parking Garage. OR ... Exit 136B, Brook Street: Turn right immediately after Abraham Flexner Way behind the Rudd Heart and Lung Center. Follow the signs to the Visitor’s Parking Garage.

JEWISH HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER SOUTHWEST

Driving North or South on I-65: Exit #125, Gene Snyder Freeway West. Go approximately 7 miles to Exit #3, Stonestreet Road. Take a right at the end of the ramp on Stonestreet Road. Go through two stoplights and after the second stoplight, Medical Center Southwest will be less than a ½ mile up on the left.

Driving East on I-64: Exit #1/I-264, Watterson Expressway East. Go approximately 7 miles to Exit #8A/Fort Knox onto Dixie Highway (US-31W). Go approximately 5 miles until Stonestreet Road. Turn left on Stonestreet Road. Go through one stoplight and Medical Center Southwest will be on the right.

Driving West on I-64: Exit #19A, Gene Snyder Freeway South. Go approximately 20 miles to Exit #3, Stonestreet Road. Take a right at the end of the ramp on Stonestreet Road. Go through two stoplights and after the second stoplight, Medical Center Southwest will be less than a ½ mile up on the left.

JEWISH HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER SOUTH

Driving South on I-65: Exit #121 (KY 1526/Brooks Road Exit). This is the fi rst exit past the Gene Snyder Expressway. Make a left off of the exit ramp. At the 2nd traffi c light (Marathon gas station) turn right onto Hebron Lane. Medical Center South is on the right.

Driving North on I-65: Exit #121 (KY 1526/ Brooks Road Exit). Turn right off of the exit ramp. At the 1st traffi c light (Marathon gas station) turn right onto Hebron Lane. Medical Center South is on the right.

Driving East on I-264: Take the Watterson (I-264) or the Gene Snyder (I-265) west to I-65 South to Exit #121 (Brooks) take a left off of the exit ramp. At the 2nd traffi c light (Marathon gas station) turn right onto Hebron Lane. Medical Center South is on the right.

JEWISH HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER EAST

Driving North or South on I-65: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) East, at Exit #131A. Traveling East on I-264 proceed to Exit #18B – Breckenridge Lane North. From Breckenridge Lane turn at the 1st right onto Dutchmans Lane. Medical Center East is on the right.

Driving East or West on I-64: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West, at Exit #12A. After exiting to I-264 West, immediately access Exit #18B, North Breckenridge Lane. From Breckenridge Lane turn at the 1st right onto Dutchmans Lane. Medical Center East is on the right.

JEWISH HOSPITAL SHELBYVILLE

Take I-64 East to Exit #32B – Shelbyville. Travel north on Hwy. 55 for approximately 2 miles to U.S. 60. Turn right on U.S. 60 and travel east for approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right on Hospital Drive (next to the First Baptist Church). Jewish Hospital Shelbyville is at the end of Hospital Drive.

STS. MARY & ELIZABETH HOSPITAL

Driving North or South on I-65: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West, at Exit #131B. Take the Taylor Blvd South, Exit #9. Turn left onto Taylor Blvd. Travel approximately 1⁄2 mile and turn right onto Bluegrass Avenue. Approximately 1⁄2 mile on the left is Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Turn left at the Main Lobby Entrance sign, for visitor parking.

Driving East or West on I-64: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West, at Exit #12A. Travel on I-264 West for approximately 8.5 miles and take the Taylor Blvd. South, Exit #9. Turn left onto Taylor Blvd. Travel approximately 1⁄2 mile and turn right onto Bluegrass Avenue. Approximately 1⁄2 mile on the left is Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Turn left at the Main Lobby Entrance sign, for visitor parking.

JEWISH HOSPITAL GLENMARY DIAGNOSTICS

Driving North or South on I-65: Exit #125, Gene Snyder Freeway East. Go approximately 7 miles to Exit #17/Bardstown/ Louisville. Take a right at the end of the ramp onto Bardstown Road (US-31E S). Glenmary Diagnostics will be approximately a mile up the road on the left.

Driving East on I-64: Exit #5/Nashville onto I-65 S. Merge onto I-65 S and follow the directions above.

Driving West on I-64: Exit #19A, Gene Snyder Freeway South. Go approximately 8 miles to Exit #17/Bardstown/Louisville. Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Bardstown Road (US-31E S). Glenmary Diagnostics will be approximately a mile up the road on the left.

OUR LADY OF PEACE

Driving East or West on I-64: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West, at Exit #12A. Travel I-264 West to Exit #15 – Newburg Road. Turn north onto Newburg Road and travel approximately 2 miles. Our Lady of Peace is on the left.

Driving North or South on I-65: Merge onto I-264 (Watterson Expressway) East, at Exit #131A. Traveling East on I-264 proceed to Exit #15 – Newburg Road. At the top of ramp, turn left onto Newburg Road. Travel approximately 2 miles and Our Lady of Peace is on the left.
