When you need help, support or information about your health or that of a loved one, turn to the Health Resource Center at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Whether you think you might have a health problem, need help coping with a serious illness, or just want to learn more about improving your family’s health, you now have a more convenient place to get the answers you need.
Located in the main lobby of Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, the state-of-the-art facility features an extensive resource library of books, brochures and recordings, computers with Internet access, a private consultation room, classroom and children’s play area.
The center offers regularly scheduled education and support services, including classes, free health screenings, counseling services, support group meetings, seminars, children’s play therapy and more. The setting is relaxed and comforting, with knowledgeable, caring health professionals on hand to assist you.
The Center also offers free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings, as well as periodic screenings for other conditions, every Friday, 9 a.m. – Noon.

Diabetes Management Program
Certified diabetes educators and dietitians provide in-depth diabetes education, including individual consultation and group classes, that focuses on seven key behaviors. To register, call .

Alzheimer's Support Group
