It's that time of the year when Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare team members join together to assemble a basket of goodies centered on a theme—toys, sports, cooking, camping, and much more.

This annual event raises nearly $40,000 each year which helps Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s Foundation play a significant role in serving the 1.5 million patients that our organization touches each year.  We are bridging the gap between the funds that are available through operations and the medical needs of our community.  We focus on four core areas:  Enhancing Patient Care, Improving Access to Quality Health Care, Educating Health Caregivers, and Funding Leading Edge Research.

Chances on the baskets cost just $1 each.  The funds raised on each campus will be dedicated to enhancing patient care on that same campus.

The theme basket raffle takes place at three of our locations:  Jewish Hospital Medical Campus, Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, Our Lady of Peace.

All raffle prize winners that win prizes which are valued greater than $599 will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service via Form W-9.  Recipients will receive a copy of this tax form in January, 2014 and will be required to report it on their 2013 IRS Form 1040.

In order to redeem your prize you are required to submit your name, address, phone number, and Social Security number to be used for reporting purposes.
